1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether an individual or business entity) and Revenueer Solutions, governing your access to and use of the INLedger software suite, website, customer dashboard, and automated cloud sync services.

By installing the INLedger desktop application, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the software or services.

2. Software License Grant & Desktop Terminals

INLedger is licensed, not sold. Revenueer Solutions grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the INLedger software on desktop computers (Windows, Linux, macOS) strictly in accordance with your chosen subscription plan:

• Starter Plan (Single Shop): Licensed for 1 primary billing counter terminal on a single desktop computer.
• Professional Plan: Licensed for up to 3 desktop terminals (e.g. billing counter, back-office administration, and CA review terminal) within the same business establishment.
• Offline Operation: The software operates 100% offline. Counter billing, inventory entry, and barcode printing require no active internet connection.
• Auto-Activation: License entitlement is verified via account sign-in on first launch. No manual serial numbers or license keys are required.

3. Local Business Data Ownership

You retain 100% exclusive ownership of all transactional data, party accounts, inventory catalogs, and invoice records created using INLedger:

• You may export your complete data into Excel spreadsheets, CSV files, JSON, or Tally XML at any time without fees or artificial lock-ins.
• You are responsible for maintaining hardware backups of your local PC files and ensuring device-level operating system protection.

4. Automated Cloud Sync & Backup Services

INLedger includes automated real-time cloud synchronization to safeguard your business against local disk failures and to synchronize office terminals:

• Sync transactions are encrypted with 256-bit encryption before transmission to your private cloud storage vault.
• Cloud synchronization requires an active internet connection only at the moment of synchronization; counter billing continues uninterrupted even during internet outages.
• Revenueer Solutions maintains commercial-grade infrastructure to provide high availability for automated backup sync.

5. Subscription Fees, Renewal & 14-Day Refund Guarantee

Subscription pricing is listed transparently on our website and at checkout:

• Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via authorized gateway partner Razorpay. We do not store card credentials or net banking pins.
• 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with INLedger for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase date by emailing support@revenueer.com.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 banking business days via Razorpay.
• No Hidden Fees: Renewal pricing reflects the published annual tier rate without surprise maintenance surcharges.

6. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

When using INLedger, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business and contact information during account registration.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and restrict unauthorized physical access to your billing terminals.
• Ensure that all invoicing, GST percentages, HSN codes, and e-way bill generation comply with the Central Goods and Services Tax (CGST) and State GST acts.
• Refrain from reverse engineering, decompiling, or redistributing the binary software package without express written permission.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

INLedger is designed to assist retail, wholesale, and service enterprises with accounting and billing. However:

• The software is provided "as is". You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of tax rates, invoice numbers, and accounting computations before submission to tax authorities.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Revenueer Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from local hardware failures, corrupted storage media, or business interruption.
• Our aggregate liability for any claims arising out of this agreement shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of INLedger shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in West Bengal, India.
