2. Refund Eligibility

Our refund policy applies to all subscription tiers purchased directly through our website checkout:

• Starter Plan (Single Shop - ₹ 1,999/year): Fully refundable if requested within 14 days of subscription purchase.
• Professional Plan (Multi-Terminal - ₹ 3,999/year): Fully refundable if requested within 14 days of subscription purchase.
• Prorated Plan Upgrades: If you upgrade tiers and request a refund within 14 days of the upgrade date, the upgrade fee is refundable.
• Eligibility Condition: Refund requests must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date and timestamp of payment confirmation.

Initiating a refund request is straightforward and requires only basic verification details:

4. Refund Processing & Payment Gateway (Razorpay)

All online subscription payments for INLedger are processed through Razorpay:

• Once our team approves the refund, the transaction reversal is instantly submitted to the Razorpay banking network.
• Depending on your original payment method:
  • UPI / QR Code (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM): Typically credited within 24 to 48 banking hours.
  • Debit & Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay): Typically credited within 5 to 7 banking business days, depending on your issuing bank.
  • Net Banking: Typically credited within 3 to 5 banking business days.
• You will receive an automated email confirmation from Razorpay containing your Refund ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) for tracking with your bank.

5. Your Data & Accounting Books After Refund

Because INLedger is architected on an Offline-First Foundation:

• Local Data Ownership: When your subscription or trial is terminated following a refund, your local desktop database file remains intact on your computer.
• Data Export: You can export your historical ledger reports, invoices, item masters, and GST records to Excel, CSV, or Tally format before removing the software.
• Cloud Vault Deletion: Your automated cloud sync vault and cloud backup files will be permanently purged from our encrypted servers within 30 days of refund completion.

6. Renewals & Post-14-Day Cancellations

We believe in transparent, honest software billing:

• Zero Surprise Auto-Debits: Subscriptions do not charge unannounced renewal fees without your explicit authorization.
• Post 14 Days: After the 14-day refund period has elapsed, subscriptions are non-refundable for that annual term. However, your desktop software continues to operate fully offline until the prepaid expiration date.
