We design our products on an Offline-First Privacy Philosophy. We believe that your shop books, trade transactions, customer lists, purchase costs, and tax filings belong strictly to your business.

2. 100% Offline Local Architecture

Unlike browser-only accounting software, the INLedger desktop application functions 100% fully offline on your personal computer:

• Your primary database (invoices, inventory stocks, ledgers, barcode indexes, daybooks) is stored locally on your desktop machine's hard drive.
• Counter billing, barcode scanning, and thermal printing never transmit keystrokes or invoice items over third-party analytics trackers.
• You can create bills, manage parties, and print reports without an internet connection.

3. Information We Collect

We collect limited categories of information to provide software activation, billing, and customer support:

• Account Credentials: Full name, business or shop name, email address, password (stored encrypted via salted hash), and WhatsApp / mobile phone number.
• Billing & Tax Information: Registered billing address, city, state, and PIN code used for generating subscription tax invoices and licensing records.
• Device Auto-Activation Signature: Hardware identifier (MAC address / OS UUID) to securely verify your active terminal count under your chosen subscription tier (e.g. 1 terminal for Starter, up to 3 for Professional) without requiring license keys.
• Technical Logs: Server access timestamps, browser user agent, and crash logs submitted voluntarily to assist our technical support team.

4. How We Use Information

The information collected is used solely for legitimate business operations:

• To auto-activate your INLedger desktop software when you log in with your email.
• To deliver real-time automated cloud sync & multi-system data recovery.
• To dispatch subscription invoices, receipts, and expiry reminder alerts.
• To provide dedicated WhatsApp and phone support for data migration (Tally, Marg, Excel).
• To ensure compliance with applicable taxation laws and the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act.

5. Automated Cloud Sync & Backup Security

When you enable automated cloud sync & backup in INLedger:

• Encrypted in Transit & At Rest: All automated synchronization packages are protected with industry-standard 256-bit encryption before leaving your local computer.
• Dedicated Vault Storage: Your backups are stored in your private encrypted cloud vault tied strictly to your authenticated business account.
• Single-Sync Verification: Cloud files are utilized solely to update secondary office terminals and facilitate instant disaster recovery should your local computer crash or require formatting.

6. Payment Security (Razorpay Gateway)

When purchasing a Starter or Professional subscription on our website:

• All payments are securely processed through our certified payment partner, Razorpay.
• Revenueer Solutions does not store or process your sensitive credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or Net Banking credentials on our web servers.
• Razorpay complies with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS Level 1) and Reserve Bank of India (RBI) tokenization guidelines.

7. Data Retention & User Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) framework, you maintain complete ownership of your data:

• Right to Export: You can export your full accounting ledgers, stock lists, and GST reports into Excel, CSV, JSON, or Tally XML format from the software at any time.
• Right to Erasure: Upon written request or subscription cancellation, you may request the permanent deletion of your cloud sync backup vault and account registry records.
• Local Data Ownership: Uninstalling the desktop application leaves you in complete possession of your local SQLite books database.
